1) Our policy is only to sell Airsoft guns to customers who are 18 years of age or older. All other accessories and miscellaneous parts may purchased if you are 16 years of age or older.

2) Age verification is our right and we may use our own discretion to cancel any order.

3) All products sold by Imperial Airsoft Corporation are approved and considered fully legal products within the guidelines of the Canadian Boarder Services Agency, The R.C.M.P and the Government of Canada. These products can and will cause serious injury if misused outside of their intended scope. Imperial Airsoft Corporation will not be responsiblefor any such injuries or losses as it pertains to the airsoft equipment purchased and the sport that is being played.

4) For avoidance of any potential injury, these products should be stored away, and kept out of reach when unprotected civilians are present, in the same manner as if it were a real firearm.

5) Read ALL safety precautions and labels on all packages, and fully understand their contents before using any product purchased from Imperial Airsoft Corporation.

6)All information on our website, with respect to, maintenance, recommendations, and potential upgrades, are only opinions, and Imperial Airsoft Corporation is in no way responsible for any damages or losses occurred by the user, or any unauthorized users of the equipment, as a result of any of the opinions expressed on the Imperial Airsoft Corporation website and carried out.

7) Any removal of warning labels or protective markings will violate the law and is strictly prohibited.

8) Imperial Airsoft Corporation is in no way responsible if you violate any local, provincial, or federal laws and regulations. Although our product is considered legal, it is your responsibility to ensure you are abiding by your local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.In conclusion you take full responsibility for everything!
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell or reveal your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes. Your information will be kept in our database, and may be called upon in the future to inform you of any new and up and coming items sold only on Imperial Airsoft.

You are fully responsible for any modification done to any products purchased from Imperial Airsoft. Any modifications will completely void your warranty (if applicable). Not following Returns Procedures will void your warranty (if applicable).

Imperial Airsoft will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by user errors, playing without adult supervision, failure to read proper handling instructions and irresponsible play. You agree to uphold the reputation of airsoft in Canada through your actions and handling while using airsoft products. The use of an airsoft gun in a crime will be treated in the same manner as the use of a firearm.

Credit card fraud is a criminal offense and those caught in this offense will be subject to prosecution, arrest and/or financial retribution.

You agree that you are the appropriate age when browsing our site. To purchase an Airsoft Gun you must be at least 18 years of age. Though our website sells Airsoft Guns that would be suitable for buyers under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must make the purchase, as Imperial Airsoft strongly recommends Parental Supervision when operating an Airsoft Gun. Imperial Airsoft ships all products via Canada Post with an 18+ Delivery Requirement. All packages must be signed for by somebody who is older than 18 years of age. If package does not obtain signature and is returned to Imperial Airsoft, additional fees and surcharges will apply for the product to be re-shipped or re-stocked.

Not all pictures may be to scale or to exact specs. Due to our buying/importation cycle some items may be on back order and have extended lead times of up to 15 business days from the time of purchase.
