3) All products sold by Imperial Airsoft Corporation are approved and considered fully legal products within the guidelines of the Canadian Boarder Services Agency, The R.C.M.P and the Government of Canada. These products can and will cause serious injury if misused outside of their intended scope. Imperial Airsoft Corporation will not be responsible for any such injuries or losses as it pertains to the airsoft equipment purchased and the sport that is being played.
4) For avoidance of any potential injury, these products should be stored away, and kept out of reach when unprotected civilians are present, in the same manner as if it were a real firearm.
5) Read ALL safety precautions and labels on all packages, and fully understand their contents before using any product purchased from Imperial Airsoft Corporation.
6)All information on our website, with respect to, maintenance, recommendations, and potential upgrades, are only opinions, and Imperial Airsoft Corporation is in no way responsible for any damages or losses occurred by the user, or any unauthorized users of the equipment, as a result of any of the opinions expressed on the Imperial Airsoft Corporation website and carried out.
7) Any removal of warning labels or protective markings will violate the law and is strictly prohibited.
8) Imperial Airsoft Corporation is in no way responsible if you violate any local, provincial, or federal laws and regulations. Although our product is considered legal, it is your responsibility to ensure you are abiding by your local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
